Swap Requests

See a summary of pending requests from doctors to swap shifts. Each swap request is directly accessible from the dashboard. The RotaGeek system ensures that all swaps are New Deal and EWTD compliant and allows optional administrator approval, allowing the rota master to approve all changes.

Monitoring

New Deal monitoring is simple with RotaGeek. A summary of all rotas currently being monitored are shown in the dashboard. Each can be accessed in a single click from this screen.

Banding

A graph shows the current banding of all rota in your RotaGeek account, allowing you to retain a rapid oversight of your current position.

Rota Reports

It is often necessary to identify doctors covering a specific shift on a particular day. Our Rota Reports enable you to rapidly drill down into rotas to identify specific shifts and doctors allocated to these.

Locum Shifts

A summary of pending locum shifts are displayed. A single click takes you to that shift within the RotaGeek Locum Manager.
