Issues logging-in on the web browser
Make sure you're on your company's environment (as in companyname.rotageek.com)
You can either use your username or email address. If you're still having issues, contact your manager so they can send you a new welcome email in order to reset your password
Issues logging-in on the smartphone
Ensure that you're using the correct username or email address when trying to login. You also need to ensure that your app is up-to-date

If you are an employee, please contact your manager in the first instance
If you are the manager of your location/department or you cannot get through to your manager, please contact us directly through our customer support bubble, at the bottom right of your screen in the Help Centre.
When you do, be sure to include your full name and the company you work for so we can help you with maximum efficiency!
If you need to reset your password click on the 'Forgot password?' button on the bottom of the screen.
This will then take you through to a page in which you can enter your username and press 'Reset password'.
Once you have done this the following pop-up should appear.
You will receive an email and a link to 'Reset your password'.
Reset your password and then log back in via the mobile app and enjoy using Rotageek!
If you do not have an email address, contact us through the chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen in the Help Centre, and we'll be able to assist on the next steps.
If you want to switch on or switch off your mobile or e-mail notifications, you can do this on the Mobile App.
First, you'll need to navigate to the Account page by clicking Account in the left-hand menu. Once in Account, press Notifications Settings.
Here e-mail notifications are switched off, but mobile notifications have been turned on. You can switch the toggles on/off depending on your preference.
