Limber gives you confidence in your chosen applicant before they arrive for their first shift. Every applicant comes with shift ratings from other businesses, previous experience, reliability data, skills and training. Applicants can also add videos showcasing their skills.
Once shifts are complete, you confirm timesheets and then choose to add your favourite staff to your Limber team. Every first shift with a new staff member is a trial for them to join your Limber team. Once added, they get first choice of your shifts in future and can automatically accept them.
Right to work checks, insurance, PAYE, pension and payment are all handled centrally by the limber app. Because limber acts as the employer, there’s nothing for you to worry about here – just make sure you look after your limber workers when they’re on site.
Identify your vacant shifts in Rotageek and then push these out to limber for applicants to apply for. Once you review and approve workers, they appear in the Rotageek schedule. It's as simple as that!
