Holiday requests FAQs

Yes. Leave types are set up to match your policy: paid or unpaid, with or without an allowance. You choose which ones staff can request and which only managers add.

Yes. Staff request leave and see their allowance and balance in the Rotageek app on iOS and Android, or on the web. They can also see whether each request is approved, rejected or outstanding.

Yes. You can block key dates and cap the percentage of a role that can be off together. Each rule can warn the manager or stop the request.
