Rota building FAQs

When you approve it. Until then, new and edited shifts stay in draft and staff can't see them, and people with new or changed shifts get a notification in the Rotageek app once you approve.

Yes. Copy a week's rota to one or more future weeks, for the whole site or selected people. Approved leave in those weeks is kept, and you choose whether to keep or replace shifts already there.

Yes. Contracted hours and other people details can be imported from your HR system, so each person's hours on the rota are measured against the right contract. See our integrations.
