Integrations FAQs

Through the Rotageek API, or with files exchanged by secure file transfer on an agreed schedule. Many customers use both, for example the API for HR data and a file for payroll.

You decide, and we recommend one owner for each type of data. Employee records usually come from your HR system; leave can be owned by HR or payroll, or managed in Rotageek and sent back.

Rotageek has live HR and payroll integrations with several systems, and a standard API and file approach for others. We confirm the right route for your systems during discovery.
