HR powered by ELMO FAQs

Employee number, username, position, start and end dates, contracted hours and pay rate move from ELMO HR into Rotageek. Names, preferred name, work email, date of birth, mobile and primary location sync both ways.

No. Bank account, pension and tax details are excluded from the integration and stay in ELMO HR.

It is configured for each customer during implementation. Positions and locations in Rotageek are matched to the same records in ELMO HR, and each employee needs core details, such as position, location, hours per week and rate, filled in ELMO HR before they sync.
